2024 ASQ Awards Eligibility and Scoring
ASQ eligibility criteria
For an airport to be eligible to receive an ACI ASQ award, the airport must be an active participant in the ACI ASQ main type survey program, and must complete a full calendar year of participation, in accordance with the program rules. ASQ conducts quarterly quality audits to review data collection, airports shall pass all ASQ quality audits to be eligible. Any breach of fieldwork rules may result in the exclusion of the participating airport from the annual rankings and/or awards. ACI reserves the right to make the final selection and announcement of the ASQ award winners.
For an airport member to be eligible, the airport member agrees to fully comply with ASQ fieldwork guidelines, and the minimum criteria stated in the following section.
